Online Lecturer Assessment System

INSTRUCTIONS FOR STUDENTS

1. Visit the Assessment Page
2. On the login page, enter your username (Matric No). The default password is “student123”. Once you enter the credentials, please click login to proceed to the dashboard.
3. Click on the Evaluate Menu at the sidebar to begin the lecturer evaluation. The list of your registered courses and assigned lecturer will appear beside the Questionnaire. Navigate through each course and fill the questionnaire, click on Submit Evaluation to save your responses. Do these for all the registered courses.
4. Upon successful completion of the evaluation, you’ll be redirected to the examination pass. Click on the print icon to print your examination pass.
5. Below is the sample of the print generated examination pass.
6. Click on the icon at the top right corner of the page to log-out.
